Bermula pada 07/12/2006, setiap hari isnin pukul 10pagi seminar untuk perlantikan agent dan distributor annex telah dibuka. Sesiapa yg berminat untuk menjadi agent atau distributor annex boleh datang ke Telco&Post Serdang Raya. Tempat duduk adalah terhad. sila buat tempahan tempat duduk sebelum menghadiri seminar. TM STREAMYX LATEST COMMISSION RATE
Dear valued partners,
Kindly be informed that effective 1st August 2009 or upon end date of your ITBP agreement, the Streamyx commission will be reduced from the existing rate to 150% for claims of Streamyx registered on or after the said date.
However, we have an alternative channel for Streamyx submission that offers higher margin than the above which is the Broadband Entrepreneur Consortium (B.E.C). Please refer to the March training schedule for the consortium briefing session. For more information please contact the Corporate Communication Managers.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: NEW CLAIM PROCEDURES @INTELECA
Dear valued partners,
Effective 1st January 2009, all payment of claims for TM Streamyx and TMfixed line at Telco & Post Shoppe Mines will be made under the following procedure:
1. All claims amounted above RM200 will be paid by cheque or bank in after 3 working days.
2. Cash will only be released for claims below RM200 after 3 working days.
The implementation of the above procedures is to smoothen our claims process and payment to all distributors and agents. Should you have any inquiries kindly refer with our Corporate Communication Managers.

CELCOM PRODUCTS LATEST COMMISSION RATE
